Great customer service with prompt reply and efficient delivery (around 7 days). Good product quality with unique Hong Kong design. Would have been better if the courier fees were lower. HK$60 for delivery of 2 bags which is more expensive than the SF costs (less than $30 actually), but I forgot to ask about it before placing order.
